1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Roktodut ("Platform"), operated by the Roktodut team ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Platform Purpose & Medical Disclaimer

Roktodut serves solely as a medium to connect voluntary blood donors with individuals or hospitals in need. All medical decisions must be made under proper medical supervision.

3. Donor Eligibility Requirements

To register as a donor on Roktodut, you must:

• Be at least 17 years of age.
• Weigh at least 45 kilograms (99 lbs).
• Be in good general health at the time of donation.
• Observe the minimum donation intervals: 90 days for males and 120 days for females.
• Not have any transmissible blood-borne conditions that would make your blood unsafe for recipients.

By registering and marking yourself as "Available," you confirm that you meet these eligibility criteria. Providing false health information is a serious violation of these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

• Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Truthfulness: You must not provide false information about your health status, blood group, or eligibility.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Communication: You must communicate respectfully with other users. Harassing, threatening, or exploiting other users is strictly prohibited.
• Commitment: If you agree to donate blood to a patient, you should honor that commitment unless you are medically unable to do so.

5. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Platform to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent blood requests.
• Sell or monetize blood donations (voluntary donation only).
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user contact information for commercial purposes.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Platform's security.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Post spam, advertisements, or irrelevant content.

6. Blood Request Policy

Blood requests submitted to the Platform are reviewed by our admin team. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any request that:

• Appears fraudulent or duplicated.
• Contains inappropriate or false information.
• Violates any of these Terms.

We do not guarantee that any blood request will be fulfilled.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, and software associated with Roktodut are the intellectual property of the Roktodut team. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roktodut and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• The use or inability to use the Platform.
• Any blood donation or transfusion facilitated through the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that a user has violated these Terms or engaged in any harmful activity.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
